What a blessing it was to have this sweetly cuddly boy in the studio last week for his newborn photography session! Looking at those tiny hands, fingernails, adorable nose... all uniquely made the creator - well, it just puts me in awe of our God!

Whitney shared a few things with me about her experiences as a mom... and the special things she holds in her heart!

How did you come up with Kade's name?

Sisters are the best! Whitney and her sister came up with Kade's name because they liked that it was so unique. He isn't named after anyone - but I think with all the great things that God has planned for him - there just might be someone named AFTER him in the future!

What is the best trick you use to help your Newborn Little One sleep?

Kade LOVES to be rocked... and the best thing about rocking him to sleep is all the sweet snuggles!

Favorite thing about being a new mom?

What’s the most useful newborn baby product you have?

Whitney said the loves The 4 Moms Mamaroo. I looked it up, and WoW! This company makes an incredible line of products... I was amazed at the variety of things they have! This swing, bounces, sways from side to side... what a cool swing!!

If you could tell an “about to be a first-time mom” anything, what would it be?

Although it can be tough, not being able to get things done, you have so much joy ahead of you. Enjoy every moment because they grow up so fast.
